These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you and nd111 with respect to your use of the website at nd111.app and all associated services, including the sports betting platform, online casino, live dealer games, crash games, and any promotional programmes offered by nd111. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

nd111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nd111 will post the updated Terms on the website with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of nd111 after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an amendment, you must immediately cease using the platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. All official communications between nd111 and players will be conducted in English.

nd111 operates as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino gaming services. Players acknowledge that online betting carries financial risk. nd111 does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

By accessing nd111 you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment; (c) you have read and understood these Terms in full; and (d) you accept that your use of the platform is governed by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on nd111.app, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

nd111 is strictly an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or play any casino game on nd111. This age restriction is absolute and applies regardless of local laws that may specify a different minimum gambling age. Where local law specifies a higher minimum age, that higher minimum shall apply.

During registration, nd111 will request documentary evidence of age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. nd111 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and, ultimately, account closure.

In addition to the age requirement, the following persons are not eligible to hold an nd111 account:

• Employees, contractors, or agents of nd111 or any of its affiliated companies, or immediate family members of such persons.
• Persons who have previously been self-excluded from nd111 during an active self-exclusion period.
• Persons whose accounts have been permanently closed by nd111 due to a breach of these Terms.
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual (proxy betting or third-party account management is prohibited).
• Persons who are located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by national law and who are using technical means (such as VPNs or proxies) to circumvent geographic access controls.

nd111 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Refusal to cooperate with eligibility checks may result in withdrawal restrictions or account closure.

To access nd111's betting and casino services, you must create a registered account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not register using false, incomplete, or misleading information.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on nd111. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. nd111 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any other person to access your account. nd111 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nd111 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. nd111 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending a full security review.

nd111 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

All financial transactions on nd111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). nd111 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, and nd111 is not responsible for such charges.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your nd111 balance within 30 seconds of confirmation.
• Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) may take up to 15 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Deposits via Visa or Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times.
• nd111 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from unidentified sources.
• All deposit methods must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating source.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3 minutes during support hours (09:00–22:00 BST).
• Withdrawals requested outside of support hours will be queued and processed from 09:00 BST the following day.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. Players who have not completed full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may experience delays or limits on withdrawal amounts until verification is completed.
• Winnings derived entirely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• nd111 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

All sports bets placed on nd111 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market type, as published in the Sports Rules section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between a general term in this document and a sport-specific rule, the sport-specific rule shall prevail for matters relating to that sport.

General Sportsbook Rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when nd111 has issued a bet receipt displaying a unique bet ID and the accepted stake and odds.
• Once a bet has been accepted and a receipt issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where nd111's Cash Out feature is available for that market.
• nd111 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• nd111 operates a maximum payout limit per single bet and per player per day, as published in the platform's betting rules. Bets accepted in excess of these limits will be settled to the applicable limit.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice to manage risk or respond to match incidents. nd111 is not liable for any inability to place a bet during a suspension window.
• The result of a sporting event as settled by nd111 is final. Settlement is based on official sources as defined in the sport-specific rules for each market type.

Casino & Slot Game Rules:

• All casino games offered on nd111 use certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the game provider and are available in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — nd111 will review the game logs and resolve the round based on the recorded game state at the time of the fault. If resolution is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified RNG. nd111 does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes and does not represent any particular outcome to be more or less likely than determined by the certified RNG.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual game rounds when an active bonus is attached to the account. Placing bets that exceed the maximum bonus-active stake will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

nd111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses during BPL and IPL seasons, free spin promotions, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are optional — you may choose to decline any bonus before it is credited to your account by contacting support prior to making the qualifying deposit.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the promotion is live. These specific terms include the wagering requirement (the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made), the eligible games or markets, the minimum odds requirement for sports betting bonuses, the time limit within which wagering must be completed, and the maximum withdrawal amount applicable to winnings derived from the bonus.

The following general bonus rules apply across all nd111 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to a separate bonus wallet within your account. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• nd111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed. A bonus that has already been credited to an account will not be withdrawn without cause.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or providing false information to claim a bonus — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• nd111 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting or gaming activity during a bonus period constitutes abuse of the bonus structure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on nd111. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, which may lead to permanent account closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or contact information; submitting fraudulent or altered identity documents; impersonating another person; or otherwise misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money Laundering: Using nd111 as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. nd111 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a poker hand, live casino game, or any other peer-versus-peer game offered on the platform.
• Arbitrage and Match Fixing: Placing bets designed to profit from inside information about the predetermined outcome of a sporting event, or engaging in any form of match fixing or spot fixing.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with casino games without human input, unless nd111 has explicitly authorised such use in writing.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the nd111 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any player who discovers a technical vulnerability must report it to support immediately rather than exploiting it.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal through a payment provider after funds have been used to place bets on nd111. Fraudulent chargeback requests will be reported to relevant financial institutions and law enforcement.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication with nd111 staff or other players via any communication channel.

nd111's compliance and security team monitors account activity on an ongoing basis using automated and manual review processes. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts restricted pending investigation without prior notice.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your nd111 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, nd111 strongly recommends activating the self-exclusion tool rather than simply closing the account, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards that standard account closure does not provide. Self-exclusion can be activated directly from Account Settings without needing to contact support.

Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on account closure.

Suspension or Closure by nd111: nd111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a competent authority requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform's financial integrity or security.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, nd111 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 14 calendar days. The player will be notified of the outcome by email. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of Terms, nd111 may withhold the account balance in accordance with its rights under these Terms and applicable law.

Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. nd111 will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
